KULDEEP MAHATO V/S STATE OF BIHAR 1998 SCC(CRI) 1460=

The age of the prosecutrix = medical evidence that she was between 17 and 18 years at the time of the occurrence -- finding of the court that the complainant was below 18 years.  It was held that the circumstances of the case she cannot be held to be about 18 years by taking into account margin of error  of six months.
