J .6 The right of private defense serves a social purpose such right should be liberally taken, property likely to be trespassed by persons having no right to possess accused has right to resist and use force, if necessary . no offense is committed the deceased fell down, no more able to cause any harm him accused, the right of private defense came to an end, further assault in exceeding the right of private defense and thereby committing offence under section 304 part one.
