ENTRUSTMENT OF STRIDHANA-the entrustment of stridhana property to the husband or any other member of the family-- dishonest misappropriation court conversion to own use of the property by the husband of such other person by itself amounts to criminal breach of trust.  Any further special agreement to establish that property was given the husband of other member of the family need not be established.
