limitation for taking cognizance -- the language of subsection 3of section 468 makes it clear that is the limitation provided for taking cognizance in section 468 is in respect of the offence  charged and not in respect of offence finally proved charges framed for major offices for which no limitation is provided conviction however in respect of minor offices.  Cognizance is not barred if on date of cognizance for minor offices the same was barred under section 468
